IEMH Assists Employers with: Educating and informing the salient features of mental illness.
Providing a job coach in coordinating and assisting with the clients work during the entire work schedule.
Monthly review of the partnership with modifications and adjustments as required.
Closely working with the employer in assisting to indentify a supervisor at work and the routine job duties in the office to delegate to the clients.
IEMH Assists Clients with: Aligning them with employers in their local community.
Negotiating work schedule.
Coordinating their employment for a smooth workable routine.
Monthly review of their employment with adjustments as required.
| IEMH Requires Employers to Provide: - Willingness and goodwill.
- Partnership in 6-month allotments.
- Suggestion to maintain a constant supervisor
- Make a gradual change in work schedule and job duties.
IEMH Requires Clients to Provide: - Letter from the health care provider attesting to the treatment compliance for a minimum of 6 months, and similar letter of compliance once a month.
- Name and contact information of a person willing to assist in coordinating your employment.
- Adherence to no smoking on the job.
